At Kelly LPM, our highest priority is to deliver value to our customers

care for your property.
What is an annual care package?
An annual care package is generally for customers with greater maintenance needs that include regular hedge trimming and or weed control in flower beds and also require service through the winter. You agree to 12 months of service and we and we divide the total price evenly across those 12 months.
How often will you come out if I choose an annual package?
If you choose one of our annual care packages, we come out weekly from March through October. During the colder months, November through February, we come out once every 4 weeks unless your lawn requires every 2 weeks.
What if I only need a one-time cut or other service?
That is perfectly fine, however, minimum fees do apply and prices will vary
depending on the conditions of your property. If you anticipate multiple “one-time”
services, we strongly suggest you consider setting up regularly scheduled service
package with us, as this may be the most economical option for you.
When do I pay my bill?
Annual package customers: If you have signed up for an annual service package, each month’s services are paid in advance of service and payment is due by the first visit of every month. If payment is not received on or before completion of the last service of the month, a disruption of service may occur.
Per-cut customers: If you have not signed up for an annual service package, payment is due immediately upon completion of services. If you receive regular service you may choose to pay for a whole month at a time up front for convenience. If you aren’t home at the time we arrive to provide service and you have not left payment or paid in advance, services will not be rendered.
