At Kelly Lawn and Property Maintenance, we believe that communication and information are essential parts of good customer service. Below are some the common questions that customers ask.
Why choose Kelly Lawn & Property Maintenance?
At Kelly LPM, our highest priority is to deliver value to our customers
and to esure their satisfaction on each and every visit. We accomplish this
by providing superior customer service, individualized service packages and
the highest quality work available anywhere. Our work is guaranteed and you
can rest assured that you have made the right decision when you choose us to
care for your property.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are both licensed and insured. If you have further questions regarding
the types of insurance we carry or would like information pertaining to a specific
policy, please feel free to contact us.
What if I only need a one-time cut or other service?
That is perfectly fine, however, minimum fees do apply and prices will vary
depending on the conditions of your property. If you anticipate multiple “one-time”
services, we strongly suggest you consider setting up regularly scheduled service
package with us, as this may be the most economical option for you.
How often will you come out if I sign up for an annual service package?
If you choose one of our annual care packages, we come out weekly during the spring,
summer and fall months, and bi-weekly during the winter. This equates to 42 visits
per year.
When do I pay my bill?
Per-cut customers: If you have not signed up for an annual service package, payment is due immediately upon completion of services. If you receive regular service you may choose to pay for a whole month at a time up front for convenience. If you aren’t home at the time we arrive to provide service and you have not left payment or paid in advance, services will not be rendered.
Annual package customers: If you have signed up for an annual service package, each month’s services are paid in advance of service and payment is due immediately upon completion of the last service of the month. If payment is not received on or before completion of the last service of the month, a disruption of service may occur.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
